Olivia Bullock

Accepting new clients

Olivia is coming into the psychology field from a path of personal exploration. Like many, Olivia has challenged herself to grow and develop a multitude of skills. Growing up in Fort Erie, she has love and nostalgia for the area and the people who live here. Olivia went to Brock University and achieved a B.A. in Outdoor Recreation with a minor in Environmental Studies. She has always had a desire to make a positive difference, and this is how her journey began.

Olivia values human connection and encourages her clients to practice connection to nature as well as mindfulness and personal reflection. She has worked with many clients in achieving their goals, overcoming difficult obstacles, making tough choices, and taking steps towards self-improvement. As a professional psychotherapist (Q), Olivia provides a safe, respectful environment to meet clients where they are currently in life. She ensures clients feel heard and empowered to work through any barriers to success while providing the motivation and encouragement for growth.

Olivia has completed her M.A. in Counselling Psychology. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Olivia practices from a solution-focused, client-centred approach and orients her counselling to the needs of the client. She is open to working collaboratively on different methods if they suit the situation. Olivia counsels’ clients ages 14 and older.

"I believe that every individual is capable of personal growth and has the ability to achieve their goals. There is strength to be found in everything we do even if it is hard to see at first glance, and this strength can be applied to any challenging condition!"
